43km Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The 43km Referral Program allows 43km members to earn promo codes that can be used toward tour bookings by referring friends to 43km.

By participating in the Referral Program, 43km members accept and agree to these terms.

How to Earn Referral Promo Codes

43km members can earn one promo code that may be used towards a tour booking for every 3 referred friends that create 43km member accounts.

The referring 43km member will be credited with the promo code which will appear in 'Promo Codes' under the referring 43km member's profile.

Redeeming Promo Codes

Promo codes may only be redeemed via the 43km website, applications, and services. Promo codes must be used within one year from the date they are issued. After one year, the promo codes will expire. Promo codes are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Promo codes earned by a 43km member are not transferable to other 43km members and may not be combined with other promo codes or any other offer. Only one promo code may be used per tour booking.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding the number of promo codes earned or used, please contact us. 43km may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding the status of your promo codes. All decisions regarding your promo codes will be final and at 43km's sole discretion.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple 43km members, only the corresponding 43km member of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive credit towards earning a promo code.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

43km may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or a member’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove promo codes if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the 43km Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to the Terms

43km reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
